16 & 17 July 2022
Meeting Report
1. The host (Anna) welcomed the Partners, each participant introduced themselves, their institution, and reviewed their role in the project so far.
2. During the tour of the UAS campus the on-site participants performed some team-building activities (treasure hunt, who has asked about…?)
3. The coordinator (Dariusz) and Anna (Project Manager) have led the discussion reviewing the project Results and evaluating their state of completion. The partners agreed the current stage of development of the project results is satisfactory. 
4.

After the break a detailed review of Project result 1 was carried out by Aleksandra. The Result is complete in terms of content, but the Lead is still waiting for reviews to be carried out by partners. Commented versions of Result 1 are to be sent to Alexandra till the end of July 2022.

Alexandra will implement the comments and improve the quality of Result 1 producing the final version ready for translation by the end of August. Translated versions will be ready by 15th of September.

5. A detailed review of Result 2 was carried out by Nebi who introduced a detailed plan for realising the aims of the Result. After a short discussion and minor modifications introduced by partners the consortium agreed on:

- Making a list of themes/topics derived from Result 1 to be commented

   on/reviewed by partners to form a topic database to be developed into 

   lesson plans (Result 2 lead)
- Making a list of tools to be used by partners to introduce gamification

   elements and ICT elements to lesson plans
- Sharing templates for a lesson plan 
- Choosing a template to be used in the project by partners
- Dividing the list of topics/themes among partners 
- Partners produce 5 lesson plans each containing an element of

   gamification/ICT-based task or tasks (quizzes, games, ICT enhanced

   activities) to be piloted at the next stage of the project.
- The lesson plans are put in OneDrive to be commented on by other

   partners
- The final version of the lesson plans is translated to other languages
- The activities are put onto the website to be used by students during 

   the lessons or individually
- The activities are translated and enhanced so that they are accessible 

   for students with various disabilities
- The lesson plans are piloted by partners, evaluated by teachers and

   students
- Piloting reports are sent to UAS in Tarnow
- Preparing the final Result 2 report for evaluation

6. A brief review of Result 3 was carried out by Anna. The choice of the content and the app will be made after the division of topics and making decisions on the choice of tools for the lesson plans fitted into Result 2.
7. Anna introduced partners to the Tech-game website www.tech-game.anstar.edu.pl 
8.  Partners reviewed their dissemination activities. More dissemination activities were planned.
9. Anna explained the need to update the timesheets and the way the Excel timesheets work. A timesheet template, an example of a filled in timesheet and a document showing how to fill it in will be uploaded into the project OneDrive
10. A review of the decisions taken on the previous day was carried out. A table with a summary of (deadlines and) actions was produced

13. The final version of the lesson plans is translated to other languages
14. The ICT/gamified activities in all language versions are put onto the website and enhanced so that they are accessible for students with various disabilities
15. The lesson plans are put onto the website to be used by teachers of history
16. The lesson plans are piloted by partners, evaluated by teachers and students
17. Piloting reports are sent to UAS in Tarnow
18. Preparing the final Result 2 report for evaluation
19. Improving the lesson plans in accordance with the results of piloting
11. The C1 Joint Staff Training was discussed. 
a. Nebi suggested moving the training to Turkey to relieve the Macedonian Partner facing temporary understaffing because due to health problems of their staff. The consortium agreed. Anna to check with the Polish NA if it is fine with them.
b. The Macedonian partner and the Turkish partner will develop a list of competencies to be enhanced during the training and the training agenda.
c. The date of the training to be determined before the September VPM
d. The next VPM will happen in September as usual on the second Wednesday 13.00 CET. Anna will be available on the second Wednesday of August at 13.00 CET if any partners need consultations.
